agów, the most beautiful place in Ziemia Lubuska, is located near E-30 road, half way between Poznań and Berlin, in the middle of old beech forests. There is a castle, built by the Joannici order in XIV century, on the hill surrounded by the park, where two lakes join. The present structure of the castle, which has not been changed since XVII century, consists of four two-storey wings, which form a renaissance courtyard. The highest point of the castle is the tower, from which one can see a beautiful view of the area. In the castle there is a hotel, a restaurant, a coffee bar and a representative Knights Room.

In the Commander Room, the Torture Room and other rooms filled with the smell of old furniture, you will have the unique opportunity to fall asleep at the sound of creaking beds, jingling chains, whistling wind behind the window and steps of the castle ghosts. The restaurant invites you for old Polish, venison and special European meals. The café in the former refectory room offers aromatic drinks and the Knights Room will change into a place of small meeting, exclusive party or important discussion. The atmosphere of the renaissance courtyard, the castle tower and the foot of the castle with the summer scene and amphitheatre will charm you.

The pre-war restaurant "Pod Basztą", placed in the foot of the castle, which serves as a theatre, a cinema and a concert hall (500 m²), able to receive 200 guests, opens its doors for everybody who is thirsty, hungry or wants to have fun.
